By using GoWave ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Description of Service
GoWave is a music player that provides an interface to play audio files from your personal Telegram Saved Messages. The App does not host, distribute, or provide any audio content.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content stored in your Telegram Saved Messages. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to store and play any audio files in your account. The App merely provides a playback interface for content you have independently saved.
3. No Content Liability
We do not upload, share, distribute, or make available any audio content. All files are stored in and accessed from the user's personal Telegram cloud storage. We bear no responsibility for the nature, legality, or licensing status of any content accessed through the App.
4. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content accessible through the App infringes your rights, please note that such content is stored on Telegram's servers by individual users. Please contact Telegram directly or the user responsible for the content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AVAILABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR DEVICE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ACCESS, OR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP.
7. Account
The App uses your Telegram account for authentication. We do not create separate accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
